
































Casey Smerczynski is a versatile artist and storyteller who graduated from Dartmouth College in 2020, where she studied Studio Art, Film, and Geography. While at Dartmouth, she was a member of the Division I Women’s Rugby team and contributed cartoons to The Dartmouth newspaper.

After graduation, Casey published a children’s book on Kindle and worked at Amazon for nearly a year. She then moved to California to pursue film and acting opportunities, eventually returning to the East Coast after completing a pilot in May 2021.

Casey has worked as an actor and production assistant for major companies such as Discovery+, HBO, Warner Bros., and Disney. She also gained experience in New York City as a Broadway costume design assistant, in addition to freelancing as an illustrator and film editor. In 2022, she enlisted in the United States Army as a Combat Medic.
This past year, Casey illustrated another children's book that is focused on the perspectives of young female athletes, completed a year in the ER, and won Gold with the Women's United States Army Rugby team. Currently, she balances her responsibilities with Paramedic school as an Army Reservist and as a member of Harvard University’s Brattle Square Studios film team.
